SKIN REJUVE ELITE Alabang: SLIMMING POD

Well, honestly, I am just too lazy to do so.  Now, here's a good news for lazy people like me... Without further ado, let's now check my weight and begin my slimming pod trial treatment.

As preparation, I was asked to freshen up to reduce my body temperature. As I was told that the slimming pod is like a dry heat sauna that is really hot.

Second, after taking a quick shower, my Skin Rejuve Elite Attendant asked me to drink one (1) glass of water to prevent dehydration as it is expected that I might sweat the world out.  >_<

Next, weight checking!!! (Oh my shame... Thank you laziness! Hahaha)

Shameful to say but this is how heavy I am.  >_<

Afterwards, suit up! I was provided a disposable underwear and a Sauna Suit before going in the slimming pod.

Now, I will be taking my ride! (pardon me for a very kid like excitement as this is my first time to do this).

Subsequently, setting up the machine.  SRE Attendant will now set the module I will be taking.  I have mixed emotions of nervousness and excitement. Since its my first time to try the machine, my Skin Rejuve Elite Attendant set it on a Relax module with Medium Temperature and a Light Back and Leg Massage.  Oh yes! the machine has a massage capability. Hurray for an ignorant first timer! Hahaha!

My first 15 minute Slimming Pod Module

Inside the machine, I could move freely.  They also have an equipment inside the machine so you could do crutches, but I was not advised to do so as it is my first time and my muscles may only get strained.  So I laid there until the end of my 15 minute trial while chit-chatting with my SRE Attendant.  I was told that the machine has four (4) modules.  The one I am now is RELAX, the other three (3) are WELLNESS, FITNESS and HYPERTHERMIC.

After my 15 minute trial of the Relax Module with medium temp, I did not sweat so much really.  Its like that I only had a 10 minute walk.  Since everyone could do a maximum of 30 minutes, my attendant let me to do another 15 minute trial with same module (Relax) but on High Temperature and Strong set-up for the massage.

With the current module set-up, now I can feel the heat more through Infrared Light and the Stones surrounding the interior of the machine.  It is said to be that the Infrared Light helps the circulation of blood and  gives your skin a better radiant glow.  Skin Rejuve Elite Alabang Branch Attendants are really trained to be caring and generous as my attendant Mylene gave me a head massage for additional relaxation.

On my last 5 minutes, I now already feel the sweat all over my body until the end of the countdown.  Though the time has already stopped, you could still feel the heat of the machine so we waited until the slimming pod cooled down before my attendant opened it up for cooler air.

I was not allowed to stand up immediately and let my body be relaxed and cooled down well.

Upon getting up, I immediately asked for a floor mat as so much sweat are running down my body.

Was really in awe as sweat are still streaming down my body inside my suit.  Afterwards, I was given my bath robe and towel again to take a shower.

After taking a shower, I want to know how much did I loss on that 15 minute Slimming Pod experience without doing nothing. Just laying there, watching the time counts down and enjoying my head massage.

Wow! I did lose off some weight without doing nothing! Amazing!
